TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms of service are entered into by and between You and Cordova and Co Real Estate, LLC.  

By using the website you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.  If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, do not proceed using our website or engaging in business with us. 

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you use our website or engage with us about our real estate business: 

(1) You are representing that you are over the age of 18 (or if under 18 have a legal power of attorney that can help you make real estate and/or financial related decisions.)

(2) We provide courtesy content (such as photos, links, handouts, etc.) to our clients and the information on those materials is accurate to the best of our ability at the time of sharing.  We will never intentionally attempt to deceive or mislead our community by sharing any content that is inaccurate but sometimes mistakes happen or information changes after sharing.  Please know that information we share is deemed reliable but not always guaranteed.

(3)  We try to update our website as much as possible.  We reserve the right to change, delete, or condense any content on the site, as well as change the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy at any time.  

(4)  Consumers should understand that we are in the real estate business and that houses are sold in a first come, first serve situation and that we respond to all clients in the same way.  We make it a professional priority to return calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner in the same business day.  We also work as a team so if we realize there's only so much time in a day we may ask a member of the team to reach back out to you to service your needs by the end of the day.  By agreeing to work with us you understand the team concept and that it may not always be Cary Cordova of Cordova & Co that you work with.

(5)  If you're ready to work with us but unsure how to proceed with real estate transactions as either a buyer, seller, or investor, we have several professionals we can refer you to (i.e. financial advisors, contractors, real estate attorneys, etc.) to help with your decision making, and we don't get any referral fees from them.  We just want what's best for our clients and only want to work with the best vendors in the business!  Accepting these Terms of Service means you're fine with us sharing your contact information with such professionals to move transactions along. 

(6)  You understand and agree that all content on our website is deemed intellectual property of Cordova & Co Real Estate, LLC and not to be reproduced or shared without the written permission of Cary Cordova herself.
